A fruity pudding suitable after any main course, lovely on a cold evening.

Apples (fresh sliced or tinned)
1. Make the crumble mix by mixing the margarine into the flour until it looks like breadcrumbs. Add the sugar and mix together.
2. Place the fruit in the bottom of the tin.
3. Cover with the crumble mix you created and spread evenly over the fruit.
4. Bake at Gas Mark 5, 375°F, 190°C until lightly browned.
Serve with custard, cream or ice-cream.
