Three bean salad, a colourful combination of vegetables and beans.

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Red Kidney Beans (tinned)
Sweetcorn (frozen or tinned)
Chick Peas (tinned)
1. Cook frozen vegetables. Cool down under cold running water and allow to drain.
2. Drain kidney beans and chick peas.
3. Finely dice the onion.
4. Combine all ingredients together, and serve in bowls with garnish.
Serve cold with grilled or baked fish, chicken.
