Chicken Stir Fry With Noodles
A quick and light meal, good for using up vegetables.

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Vegetables (carrots, onions, peppers, cabbage, mushrooms, bean sprouts)
1. Cook the noodles as per the packet instructions.
2. Cut the chicken into small pieces and stir fry in a little oil with the ginger and garlic until heated through.
3. Add the vegetables and lightly cook. (stir fry mix can be used or a mix of finely chopped peppers, onions, carrots, cabbage and mushrooms with bean sprouts)
4. Add the soy sauce and the cooked noodles and stir until heated through.
5. Serve immediately.
Serve with a side Salad.
