Piri Piri Chicken


A crispy, savoury chicken delight!

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes + 24 Hours to marinade

Ingredients

Chicken Legs    4 medium 8 medium 12 medium
Garlic Powder    1.5 grams 3 grams 4.5 grams
Salt    1.5 grams 3 grams 4.5 grams
White Pepper    1.5 grams 3 grams 4.5 grams
Cumin    1.5 grams 3 grams 4.5 grams
Oregano    1.5 grams 3 grams 4.5 grams
Chilli Powder    1.5 grams 3 grams 4.5 grams
Tabasco    5 ml 10 ml 15 ml
Method

1. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. 2. Rub this mixture into the chicken legs, cover and leave in the refrigerator over night. THE NEXT DAY 3. Place the marinated chicken onto a wire rack and cook in a pre-heated oven at Gas mark 6, 200°c for 30 minutes.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with fresh, crunchy coleslaw.
