Bacon (diced)    100 grams 200 grams 300 grams
Oil    1 tablespoon(s) 2 tablespoon(s) 3 tablespoon(s)
Onion    0.5 1 1.5
Celery    80 grams 160 grams 240 grams
Peppers    60 grams 120 grams 180 grams
Garlic Powder    0.5 teaspoon(s) 1 teaspoon(s) 1.5 teaspoon(s)
Rice    80 grams 160 grams 240 grams
Tinned Tomatoes or Coulis    285 grams 570 grams 855 grams
Vegetable Bouillion (gluten & wheat free brand)    0.5 teaspoon(s) 1 teaspoon(s) 1.5 teaspoon(s)
Parsley    0.5 teaspoon(s) 1 teaspoon(s) 1.5 teaspoon(s)
Method

1. Fry off the meat, add the bacon, onion, celery, pepper and garlic and cook until soft. 2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. 3. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice. 4. Check theat the rice is fully cooked before serving.
