Eastern Vegetables & Rice

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
1. Fry the onion, add the spices and cook for 3 minutes, add the tinned tomatoes.
2. Chop up the vegetables add to the sauce and simmer until cooked.
3. Cook the rice and then drain.
4. Serve the rice and the vegetables together.
