Piri Piri Chicken
A crispy, savoury chicken delight!

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes + 24 Hours to marinade
1. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
2. Rub this mixture into the chicken legs, cover and leave in the refrigerator over night.
THE NEXT DAY
3. Place the marinated chicken onto a wire rack and cook in a pre-heated oven at Gas mark 6, 200°c for 30 minutes.
Serve with fresh, crunchy coleslaw.
