SA FFL Bronzecatering Logo High (1)We are really pleased to announce that following our rigorous annual Catering Mark inspection, we can continue to fly the bronze Food for Life Catering Mark flag! The Catering Mark gives us the independent recognition that we prepare and serve freshly prepared meals using locally sourced ingredients, serving only meat that meets UK welfare standards and that we use in season produce. As part of the Catering Mark standard, we undergo an annual rigorous inspection to evidence that we are maintaining our high standards and continuing to meet the requirements of our bronze award.

Manchester Health Academy was the focus of this years annual Food for Life Catering Mark inspection, and Unit Manager Maureen Jackson and her team did Manchester Fayre proud. This is what the inspector said in our review:

'It was great to spend time with Maureen – Unit Manager. Maureen is very enthusiastic and passionate about her work and the Catering Mark is something that shines through in the service she is delivering. Staff rapport was great and a really nice environment to work in. Standard of the food being served was high and lunch was excellent, thank you!'
