Apples    100 grams 200 grams 300 grams
Sultanas    25 grams 50 grams 75 grams
Celery    1 stick 2 stick 3 stick
Salad Cream or Mayonnaise    40 ml 80 ml 120 ml
Lemon Juice    1 teaspoon(s) 2 teaspoon(s) 3 teaspoon(s)

1.Dice apples and cover with lemon.

2. Chop the dates and wash and chop the celery.

3. Mix all the ingredients with the salad cream.

Serving Suggestion

serve with pork pie and green salad or sliced meat
