Bean Salad

Three bean salad, a colourful combination of vegetables and beans.

Red Kidney Beans (tinned)    50 grams 100 grams 150 grams
Sweetcorn (frozen or tinned)    35 grams 70 grams 105 grams
Chick Peas (tinned)    35 grams 70 grams 105 grams
Peas (frozen)    25 grams 50 grams 75 grams
Onion (fresh)    25 grams 50 grams 75 grams

1. Cook frozen vegetables. Cool down under cold running water and allow to drain.

2. Drain kidney beans and chick peas.

3. Finely dice the onion.

4. Combine all ingredients together, and serve in bowls with garnish.

Serving Suggestion

Serve cold with grilled or baked fish, chicken.
