Ginger (ground)    0.25 tablespoon(s) 0.5 tablespoon(s) 0.75 tablespoon(s)
Vegetables (carrots, onions, peppers, cabbage, mushrooms, bean sprouts)    225 grams 450 grams 675 grams
Egg Noodles    70 grams 140 grams 210 grams
Soy Sauce    0.25 teaspoon(s) 0.5 teaspoon(s) 0.75 teaspoon(s)

1. Cook the noodles as per the packet instructions. 2. Cut the chicken into small pieces and stir fry in a little oil with the ginger and garlic until heated through. 3. Add the vegetables and lightly cook. (stir fry mix can be used or a mix of finely chopped peppers, onions, carrots, cabbage and mushrooms with bean sprouts) 4. Add the soy sauce and the cooked noodles and stir until heated through. 5. Serve immediately.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a side Salad.
