Chocolate Chip Cookie

Flour (plain)    225 grams 0 0
Margarine    114 grams 0 0
Brown Sugar    114 grams 0 0
Baking Powder    10 grams 0 0
Chocolate Drops    57 grams 0 0
Vanilla Essence    1 drop 0 0
Milk    15 ml 0 0

1. Mix the flour, baking powder, margarine and sugar until mixture resembles crumbs. Add chocolate drops and vanilla essence, continue mixing until the ingredients come together as a stiff dough. Add the milk if needed. 2. Turn the mix out on a floured surface and form into a roll 8cm diameter, slice the roll into 8. 3. Place the 8 cookies on greased tray and bake in oven Gas Mark 4 180°c or 350°f, for 20-30 minutes until pale brown.
