Lebanese Fish

A light, marinated fish dish with garlic and lemon.

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes + 2 Hours to marinade


White Fish Fillets (skinless)    200 grams 400 grams 600 grams
Mixed Herbs    3 grams 6 grams 9 grams
Lemon Juice    10 ml 20 ml 30 ml
Garlic Powder    1.5 grams 3 grams 4.5 grams
Fresh Parsley (chopped)    20 grams 40 grams 60 grams
Vegetable Oil    25 ml 50 ml 75 ml
Salt    3 grams 6 grams 9 grams
Black Pepper    1.5 grams 3 grams 4.5 grams

1. Cut the fish into portions and arrange in a casserole dish.

2. Combine the oil and lemon juice with the herbs, garlic, salt and pepper to make the marinade.

3. Pour over the fish, cover and leave to stand for at least 2 hours in a refrigerator. Baste with the marinade at least once during this time.

4. Bake at Gas mark 7, 220°c for 20 minutes.

5. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with tumeric rice, cooked in stock.
