Soya Sauce    30 ml 60 ml 90 ml
Tomato Puree    25 grams 50 grams 75 grams
Vinegar    20 ml 40 ml 60 ml
Cornflour    15 grams 30 grams 45 grams
Water    150 ml 300 ml 450 ml
Mustard    0.25 teaspoon(s) 0.5 teaspoon(s) 0.75 teaspoon(s)
Oil    15 ml 30 ml 45 ml

1. Slice the carrots and onions thinly, fry meat and vegetables in the oil. 2. Add the pineapple juice and water to the meat and vegetables. 3. Add the sugar, soya sauce, vinegar, tomatoe puree, mustard amd seasoning. 4. Simmer until tender and add the pineapple pieces. 5. Thicken with the cornflour mixed to a paste with water.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with rice or a jacket potato.
