Tinned Tomatoes or Coulis
Vegetable Bouillion (gluten & wheat free brand)
1. Fry off the meat, add the bacon, onion, celery, pepper and garlic and cook until soft.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil.
3. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice.
4. Check theat the rice is fully cooked before serving.
On its own or with a selection of vegetables.
